1. Information We Collect
RadarCX collects information needed to provide the RadarCX web and mobile services, including account access, AI-assisted workflows, calendar and reminder features, mailbox workflows, notifications, support, diagnostics, and optional health summaries.
- Account information such as name, email address, password credentials, authentication identifiers, and settings.
- Workspace content you choose to use with RadarCX, such as chat prompts, AI responses, tasks, reminders, calendar items, mailbox metadata or messages, and related workflow data.
- Device, app, and diagnostics data such as app version, operating system, crash reports, error logs, performance events, and security or abuse-prevention signals.
- Support communications, including messages you send to support and information needed to resolve your request.
- Optional Apple Health data if you choose to connect Apple Health in the iOS app.
2. Apple Health And HealthKit Data
Apple Health connection is optional. RadarCX asks for permission only when you choose to connect health data. The iOS app reads approved data types such as steps, sleep, and resting heart rate so RadarCX can show health summaries and help you understand wellness-related context in your productivity workflows.
- RadarCX does not write data to Apple Health.
- RadarCX does not sell Apple Health data.
- RadarCX does not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or tracking.
- RadarCX does not send Apple Health data to advertising networks or data brokers.
- RadarCX may process health-derived data on our servers only to provide the health summaries and sync features you enabled.
- You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve RadarCX services.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
- Power AI-assisted chat, planning, mailbox, calendar, reminder, and health-summary workflows.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot product issues.
- Monitor reliability, debug crashes, and prevent abuse or security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use Apple Health data for advertising or tracking. We do not include health data in support tickets, analytics, or crash reports unless you intentionally provide that information to support.
4. Sharing And Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate RadarCX, comply with law, protect users, or complete actions you request.
RadarCX may use service providers for hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, crash reporting, AI infrastructure, and customer support. These providers may process data for RadarCX only for the purposes described in this policy and under appropriate safeguards.
If you connect third-party services such as email, calendar, or health platforms, those services remain governed by their own privacy terms as well.
5. Security And Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should keep your credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide RadarCX, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business records. Health-derived data is retained only as needed to provide enabled health features, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
6. Your Choices And Account Deletion
You may access, correct, or delete certain account information in RadarCX. You may also disconnect optional integrations, including Apple Health permissions, from the relevant app or platform settings.
The RadarCX mobile app lets signed-in users initiate account deletion from Account Settings. Deleting your account is intended to remove or de-identify personal data associated with the account, including health-derived data held by RadarCX, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, and dispute-resolution obligations.
If you cannot access your account or need help with a privacy request, contact us through radarcxai.com/support or email [email protected].
