Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account, credentials, connected services, and content you submit to RadarCX. You agree to use RadarCX lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

You must independently review important outputs before acting on them. AI-generated responses, task suggestions, health summaries, and schedule recommendations may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Apple Health and other health-related features are optional and informational. RadarCX may read health data only after you grant permission through Apple Health. RadarCX does not write data to Apple Health.

• RadarCX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring.
• You should not rely on RadarCX health summaries for medical decisions.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.
• If you have an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

RadarCX may use AI systems to help draft, summarize, classify, plan, or answer questions. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions before relying on them.

If you encounter problematic, unsafe, or inaccurate AI output, report it through radarcxai.com/support.

RadarCX may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to provide a reliable product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent preservation of every item of data.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of critical business records outside RadarCX when required by your own policies or legal obligations.

You may initiate account deletion from Account Settings in the RadarCX mobile app. If you cannot access your account, contact support for help.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, creates security risk, violates these Terms, or could harm RadarCX, users, or third parties.

RadarCX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RadarCX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on AI or health-summary outputs.
