Early Access Terms of Service & User Responsibilities
You are accessing an early-stage version (MVP) of RadarCX, which is still in development and testing. As such, certain features may not function as expected, and bugs or errors may occur. By continuing to use RadarCX, you acknowledge these limitations and accept the terms outlined below.
System Limitations & User Responsibilities

As we continue developing RadarCX, please be aware of the following known limitations:

- •Security vulnerabilities may exist despite our best efforts

User Responsibilities
As a user of this testing-phase platform, you agree to:
- •Independently verify all AI-generated content before relying on it
- •Back up your data — RadarCX cannot guarantee against data loss
- •Monitor the system for errors, unexpected behaviors, or malfunctions
- •Report any issues you encounter (we appreciate your feedback, though fixes may take time)
- •Accept responsibility for your use of the platform and any resulting outcomes
Disclaimer of Liability
RadarCX is provided "as is," with all current limitations and imperfections. We do not make any guarantees regarding platform performance or suitability.
We explicitly disclaim liability for any issues, including (but not limited to):
- •Whether the system functions at any given time
- •The presence of bugs or errors
- •Whether the system meets your needs or expectations
- •Data security or data preservation
- •The accuracy or usefulness of AI-generated responses
- •Platform availability or uptime
Maximum Liability: In the unlikely event that liability is established, our total liability will not exceed one dollar ($1.00), regardless of the nature of any damages claimed.
AI Content Disclaimer
Please be aware that our AI is experimental and evolving. Specifically:
- •AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsensical
- •Some responses may reflect unintended biases or inappropriate content
- •AI responses do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or other certified advice
- •System bugs may further impact the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
Final Acknowledgment
By using RadarCX in this early access/testing phase, you acknowledge and accept that:
- •You are using an evolving system that may contain bugs, errors, or security limitations
- •You accept all risks and take full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use
- •You will not hold RadarCX liable for system failures or inaccurate information
- •You will independently verify all AI-generated content before making decisions
- •You understand that we disclaim all liability
- •You are aware that bugs or errors may affect any part of the platform, including critical functions
- •You will not use this system as the sole basis for making important or high-risk decisions
