Privacy And Safety
RadarCX support will never ask for your password, Apple ID password, Health app credentials, or full authentication token.
If you are reporting a health-data issue, include the device type, app version, approximate time of the issue, and which data type was affected. Do not send screenshots containing sensitive health details unless support specifically asks for them.
